SUPPORT UNTIL ONBOARDING

  • Ensuring a smooth and constant communication process between HR and talent until the onboarding process
  • Assisting in reference check completion and other documentation for visa related matters as required

POST PLACEMENT FOLLOW-UP

  • Follow-up post work commencement to ensure candidate is flourishing in their role 
  • Collecting feedback for potential enhancement of our partnership
