- Identifying the right talent for each role and sharing them with your HR / Recruitment team for their individual interview process
SUPPORT UNTIL ONBOARDING
- Ensuring a smooth and constant communication process between HR and talent until the onboarding process
- Assisting in reference check completion and other documentation for visa related matters as required
POST PLACEMENT FOLLOW-UP
- Follow-up post work commencement to ensure candidate is flourishing in their role
- Collecting feedback for potential enhancement of our partnership
